Mac Flores to serve four years in prison for sexually assaulting teen

Today in Judge Alberto Lamorena III's courtroom, 21-year-old Mac Flores was sentenced to four years in prison for the sexual assault of a teen.

According to our KUAM news files, in March of 2020 a 16-year-old victim told police Flores touched her while she was asleep and sexually assaulted her.

Flores acknowledged knowing what he did was wrong when interviewed by law enforcement and, in December 2021, pleaded guilty to Third-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct as a Second-Degree Felony.

He’s been on electronic monitoring for the last two years while awaiting sentencing and once Flores gets his affairs in order, he must self-surrender at his status hearing on August 15th of this year.
