Man allegedly threatened to kill victim, threw chair at car with child inside

Roy Agustin Mesa also known as Roy Junior Augustin Mesa, 26, has been arrested and charged with criminal mischief as a third-degree felony and family violence as a misdemeanor.

The victim told police that Mesa's words and actions caused her to be afraid for her and her minor son's safety, according to a magistrate's complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam on June 11.

Mesa is accused of throwing a metal chair at her vehicle while her and her son were inside--causing damage to the hood and driver's side door of the car. He also allegedly threatened her stating, "I'll kill you" and "get out of here before I kill you."

The court document stated that no injuries were reported but the victim was, "emotionally disturbed."
