Little is known about a small red boat found unattended along the beach between the Pacific Star and Hotel Crowne on Tumon Bay.
According to the Guam Police Department's spokesperson, Officer Berlyn Savella, GPD's Special Amphibious Enforcement Section is currently looking into a possible recreational boating safety concern. Special Operations Division was instructed to seize the vessel for safekeeping pending further development of the investigation.
The U.S. Coast Guard, Guam Customs & Quarantine, and Homeland Security Investigations have been notified.
The red boat appears to have two seats, black strips on its side and accents on top. It also has a green canopy and the words "Horny Hooks" written beneath the windshield.
At this time the ownership of the boat is still unknown.
