Gregorio Teregeyo Romolor, who is on pre-trial release for a child abuse case, was arrested for criminal sexual conduct after a minor reported to Guam Police Department officers that she had allegedly been sexually assaulted on multiple occasions.

On May 16, 2022, the victim reported to officers that that Romolor had allegedly been sexually assaulting her since 2011. According to court documents, Romolor allegedly would watch pornography on his mobile phone while telling the minor to perform “nasty things."

The victim told officers that Romolor had raped her on multiple occasions from January 2015 through December 2020. Romolor allegedly told her “Don’t say anything to anyone" and would use a wire to hit the victim. Documents state that the victim felt scared and wanted to run away.

She reported the incidents to police because "she had bad memories and had a hard time sleeping."

Romolor denied the claims to officers. He was booked and confined.
