Drug suspect's badly beaten face prompts investigation into officer conduct

An Administrative Investigation has been initiated by the Guam Police Department following the arrest of 45-year-old Rickey Mcintosh. Questions were raised regarding the conduct of officers after his mugshot revealed his face was badly beaten and bruised.
