Twenty-seven-year-old Eric Benjamin Salone pleaded not guilty in the Superior Court of Guam before Magistrate Judge Jonathan Quan. Salone, along with Nicholas Wayne Moore, was allegedly involved in a driveby shooting that occurred in Agana Heights on October 15 in 2020.
The victim told law enforcement he believed the target was supposed to be another individual who owed money to Moore, who faces murder charges in a separate case involving Michael Castro, who was reported missing around the same time as the drive-by shooting.
Probation claims both Salone and Moore have been compliant with the conditions of release and will next appear before Judge Alberto Tolentino.
