To support teenagers dealing with stress and anxiety, the WestCare Pacific Islands Ma'lak Na Ha'Ani or Brighter Futures program will host a free virtual workshop tomorrow.

Recently, Clinical Director Beverlyn Coleman elaborated on what participants can expect.

"It's really gonna talk about helping teens cope, stress factors, signs of stress, and anxiety. You can register by going to our website which is westcarepacificislands.org/events tab and you can register and attend for Friday," she said. 

The free workshop is scheduled for Friday at 5 p.m. via Zoom. It is made possible by the Leadership Collaborative Grant under Mane'lu and is funded by the U.S. Department of Interior, Office of Insular Affairs.
