Forty-eight-year-old Julian Jay Palomo Aguigui was arrested and charged with Family Violence as a misdemeanor and Harassment as a misdemeanor. 

According to court documents, on July 21, Aguigui arrived at home and was told to leave by the victim. He then allegedly threw the victim's clothes on the ground and told her, "you want me to shoot you." Agugui left the victim appearing to retrieve something and the victim hid, fearing for her life. The victim said she had been receiving threats from Aguigui.
