Tony Boaz (aka, "Anthony Pooki") charged for trespassing in Kmart

45-year-old Tony Boaz, also known as "Anthony Pooki", has been charged with criminal trespass as a misdemeanor and resisting arrest as well as a misdemeanor.
Guam Police Department officers responded to a criminal trespass complaint on Sunday June 27, at Kmart in Tamuning.
Just before 11:45 pm, Police spoke with a loss prevention officer at the superstore who stated that while he was watching the security monitor, he saw Boaz wandering back and forth in the electronic department area. Boaz allegedly picked out a DVD and opened the plastic wrapper, stopped the current movie playing in the display and attempted to play the one he opened, according to court documents.
The witness reported that he told Boaz that he can not touch the display and instructed Boaz to leave a few times. Boaz did not comply and stated “No, what are you going to do about it?”
Police then spoke with Boaz asking him to see his hands but he kept his hands in his pocket and would move them in the lower portion of his back, the magistrates report stated. Boaz then stated “What’s up?” and “What are you going to do?”
Officers attempted to get Boaz’s hand out of his pocket but he flexed his arm to prevent it. Police then brought Boaz to the ground where he began to resist by attempting to get up and attempting to punch the officer in the face.
Police had to use a taser to control the situation, according to court documents.
