Celebrating its 40th year assisting persons with disabilities, Guma' Mami, Inc. is expanding its services and is looking for help. Several new positions are opening up at the nonprofit as it implements two new projects.

"Our new project with Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center," Director Sam Ilesugam explained. "The goal is to encourage an active participation for treatment in persons with serious mental illness. For that project, we will be hiring a program supervisor who oversees the program and oversees the peer navigators. The other program with Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence, it's a new program and is actually an expansion of one of our programs that provides services to individuals with disabilities who are also victims of sexual assault or family violence."
