Twenty-one-year-old Rodman Machuo was arrested for criminal mischief on a Tamuning restaurant.

Officers responded to the complaint at Serena Avenue, where UriJip Korea Restaurant and its company vehicle was damaged.

Guam Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Paul Tapao said responding officers were informed that the suspect, Machuo, returned in a black Mitsubishi Lancer. Upon arrival, the officers conducted a traffic stop in which Manchuo became combative, resisted arrest, and was eventually subdued by the cops.

Tapao adds that a patrol vehicle was damaged in the process of subduing Machuo. Further, a slingshot and marbles were located inside the Mitsubishi Lancer. He was arrested for the following offenses:
-Criminal Mischief
-Resisting Arrest
-Driving While Impaired
-Open Container and
-No Driver's License

Machuo was subsequently booked and confined at the Department of Corrections. This case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution.
