A panel full of island leaders and legal experts, including Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero, will lead a discussion on the insular cases and how it affects Guam.
The University of Guam Master of Public Administration PA540 Administrative Law class will host a virtual political status forum entitled, “Guam’s Political Status: Where we are now, and Where we can be Tomorrow" from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 8.
The discussion will center around recent developments in Congress which seek to address the injustices to U.S. territories as well as Guam's continued quest for decolonization and self-determination.
