Terrorizing charges brought against Carl Gargarita

32 year old Carl Florence Eucogco Gargarita was arrested for terrorizing a female victim, while armed with a gun. On March 22nd officers responded to the complaint in Talafofo, where the defendant allegedly got into a argument with the victim.

According to Guam Police Department Spokesperson Sgt. Paul Tapao, the woman left for work only to discover Gargarita's car parked in her work's parking lot. While at work, she received threatening text messages from Gargarita, in which she called the police. Once officers arrived they met with the Gargarita and located a .45 caliber handgun.

He was arrested for terrorizing, family violence, stalking, harassment and unlawful possession of a firearm without a firearms identification. Gargarita was booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.

The case has been forwarded to the Office of Attorney General for prosecution.
