Chinese high roller Imperial Pacific International Holdings has a little more time before their assets go into receivership. Chief Judge Ramona Manglona issued an order extending the Saipan casino's receivership to next week.

IPI chairperson and executive director Chinese billionaire Cui Li Jie had until this afternoon to pay the U.S. Department of Labor millions of dollars owed from a judgment issued two years ago.

Although, according to court documents the parties filed a joint stipulation requesting for more time to complete negotiations. As wage & hour investigators are currently examining the payroll documents provided by IPI, but an exact amount of wages due has yet to be determined.

The court modified the order appointing receivership to Joyce Tang with the Civille & Tang law firm to March 19 at 1:30pm.
