Nineteen mayors and seven vice-mayors will be sworn in at noon, Monday, Jan. 4 in front of the Senator Antonio M. Palomo Guam Museum in Hagatna. 

The Honorable F. Philip Carbullido, chief justice of the Supreme Court of Guam will administer the oath. 

The public is advised of road closures surrounding the museum from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please seek alternate routes.

The following surrounding streets will be affected:
• West Chalan Santo Papa (from the Guam Legislature to the U.S. Post Office)
• Murray Boulevard (from the U.S. Post Office to Law Offices)
• Seaton Boulevard (from the Guam Legislature to Submarina)

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and in compliance with the Governor’s Executive Orders, attendance
is limited to the mayor-elect and vice mayor-elect and their one guest. The event will be live-streamed on Governor Lou Leon Guerrero’s Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/govlouguam/.
