Court documents detail alleged rape

A magistrate's complaint details the alleged sexual assault that led to the arrest of Fred Francisco Blas, Sr. Blas was charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct as a second-degree felony, according to the complaint.

On Dec. 9, a woman told police Blas had sexually assaulted her the day before, court documents state. The victim said she became dizzy after smoking marijuana with Blas. She was then unable to fight Blas off when he pushed her onto a bed and sexually assaulted her. 

Blas told police he engaged in sexual acts with the victim but claimed it was consensual, court documents state.
