Tresean Durell Ramy, 26, and Rebecca Ann San Nicolas, 41,  were both arrested and each charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance as a third-degree felony. 

According to court documents, at around 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 23, police pulled over a speeding car in Tamuning driven by Ramy with San Nicolas as his passenger. Officers noted both occupants had bloodshot watery eyes and Ramy didn't have a driver's license. And San Nicolas was seen putting her bag under her seat. 

During a vehicle search, police found found a small clear resealable baggies with suspected methamphetamines in the overhead compartment. In a pouch, there were two glass pipes with suspected meth residue and small baggies containing
suspected meth.

San Nicolas, according to court documents, told police the pouch belonged  to her and that she placed it under the seat because she had been arrested for drugs before and didn't want to get caught.
