Gast to step down from Solid Waste

The General Manager of the Guam Solid Waste Authority is stepping down. Larry Gast has advised the GSWA Board of his plan to retire. Board Chairman Andrew Gayle confirms that Gast has submitted his resignation, but that they are encouraging him to stay on
