Man allegedly told police he's been smoking 'ice' since he was 9

Gil Taitingfong Santos, 51, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance. According to court documents, police spoke to Santos about his motorcycle parked inside a bus stop. He told police he didn't have a driver's licens
