Gil Taitingfong Santos, 51, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance. According to court documents, police spoke to Santos about his motorcycle parked inside a bus stop.

He told police he didn't have a driver's license to drive the motorcycle or registration papers. Santos then allegedly became agitated while police noticed a bulge under his left arm.

When police asked Santos if there was anything they should be concerned about, he told them he was on probation and allegedly took off running. Police eventually caught him and found an improvised pipe with suspected meth residue and a clear bag with suspected meth.

After police told him they were arresting him on drug possession, Santos allegedly told them, “That’s just personal use though.” He also said, “I been smoking ice since I was nine
years old," according to court documents.
