The Department of Public Health and Social Services is continuing to crack down on establishments in violation of rules and regulations.
Last Wednesday, Apple Lounge in Harmon was forced to shut down because there was no certified manager on site. Also issued a notice of closure was Hafa Adai Las Vegas in Anigua on July 25, which didn't have a certified manager as well. Noted in the public health report for both places was that they did not have any written policy and procedures for COVID-19 prevention. Since June 27, there have been several establishments closed as a result of Public Health's Division of Environmental Health moving forward with inspections.
