Cultural and humanities nonprofits hurting can apply for relief grant

Cultural and humanities-based nonprofit organizations experiencing hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic can apply for financial relief through Humanities Guåhan's CARES Act Emergency Relief Grant Program.
The program is made possible by funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the federal 2020 Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act. Organizations may apply for up to $10,000 in relief funds, which may be used for general operating expenses, and pre-existing or pre-planned programming. Small organizations with limited resources or limited access to support and organizations that serve underserved communities are encouraged to apply. Grant applications will be accepted online at starting May 15 and will be accepted until October 1st or until grant funds are no longer available.

Guam-based organizations recognized as 501(c)(3) nonprofits by the Government of Guam or the federal government are eligible to apply. Applicants are also required to have a DUNS number in accordance with federal funding conditions.
