MK Makichy arrested twice in a week, resisted both times
It's the second arrest in a week for 23-year-old MK Makichy.
He was arrested and charged with Theft by Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Assault on a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Trespass and Assault.
Court documents state at 2 a.m., April 25, the victim heard his security door open and found Makichy inside his kitchen in Harmon. Makichy allegedly challenged the victim to fight and threw a beer can at him.
Makichy then left in a gray sedan that was reported stolen just a couple of hours in Dededo.
When he was found, Makichy allegedly kicked and attempted to elbow police officers trying to handcuff him. During the struggle, he did manage to repeatedly kick and strike one officer.
According to court documents, on April 19, police were called to a scene in Dededo where Makichy allegedly damaged a car and a door at the residence after an argument. When police caught up with him, he also resisted arrest and was tased in the process. In that incident, Makichy was charged with Criminal Mischief, Mischief, Resisting Arrest, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
