Former UFC fighter Jon Tuck was arrested today by the Guam Police Department’s Domestic Assault Response Team or DART for 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and 4th Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. According to police spokesperson Paul Tapao it was on Wednesday, March 4th officers from the Tumon Precinct Command received a criminal sexual conduct complaint that occurred in Tumon.

Tapao says through the course of the initial investigation the female victim identified 35-year-old Tuck as the suspect. The investigation was then forwarded to GPD’s DART unit for follow up.

Today detectives from DART met with Tuck at GPD’s Headquarters in Tiyan and was later arrested. He was booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.

The case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution.
