Complaints of Visa Fraud were filed in the District Court of Guam today against Yen Hsin Liu and Yu-Jou Wu. The two women are Taiwanese citizens and arrived separately to Guam in the past several weeks.
According to court documents, Liu and Wu applied to enter the territory as tourists under the Visa Waiver Program. They did not disclose that they were actually planning to work as masseuses at Asia Therapeutic Massage.
Federal agents spoke with the owner and manager of the company, Chien Yin Ko Rollen, who admitted they were illegally employed.
