Darrell Guerrero pleads not guilty to drug charges

Pleading not guilty in the District Court of Guam this morning, 28-year-old Darrell Jake Guerrero appeared for his arraignment hearing before magistrates Judge Joaquin Manibusan.


Guerrero was indicted for Possession of 50 or More Grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride with Intent to Distribute. He waived the reading of the indictment and his attorney, assistant public defender Leilani Lujan requested a bail hearing be set in seven days and asked that probation conduct an interview.

The court scheduled a bail hearing for Jan. 31 and trial was set for March 31.
