Patrick Hernandez pleads not guilty to escape charge

Patrick Hernandez pleaded not guilty and waived his rights to speedy trial this afternoon during his arraignment hearing before Superior Court Judge Jonathan Quan.

Hernandez faces an Escape From Custody as a third degree felony charge. He was arrested last month after fleeing from the Hagatna Detention Facility.

Hernandez's next court hearing will be in Judge Maria Cenzon's courtroom on Jan. 7.
