Pregnant woman tells police she bought meth instead of supplies for her kids
Thirty-six-years-old, five months pregnant and telling police she's been smoking meth since she was 18.
Arlene Castro Pocaigue was picked up by police around 2:30 this morning in the parking lot of A-One Shoe Store in Dededo. She was with a group of people and started experiencing visible involuntary muscle spasms in her arms and face.
Police found her with drugs and drug paraphernalia. She allegedly told police she had smoked ice several hours before her arrest, adding she was supposed to use the money she'd just spent on meth to buy supplies for her four children at home. Pocaigue was arrested and charged with drug possession.
