Found with a rifle, a shotgun and drug paraphernalia, 46-year-old Sean Cheguina Sanchez was arrested yesterday.

Police spotted a black GMC Sierra parked on Route 17 where Sanchez and another man appeared to be dressed in hunting clothes.

Court documents state Sanchez was the driver of the pickup and he had a loaded AR-15 rifle and a 12-gauge shotgun inside. Sanchez said the firearms did belong to him but he didn't have a valid firearms ID on him.

Police also found four glass pipes, which three tested presumptive positive for amphetamines.

Although he denied he owned the pipes, Sanchez was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance as well as two counts of Possession of a Firearm without a Valid Firearms Identification Card.
