On Nov. 1, Guam Police Department officers observed a vehicle with an expired registration passing Asan Beach. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, 29-year-old Dennis Crisosto Suarez, Jr. appeared to have shaky hands and was unable to make eye contact with the officer. Suarez also responded in a low voice and was repeatedly asked to speak up.

According to court documents Suarez stated he was nervous to which the officer asked him if he had anything in his vehicle. Suarez admitted to having a "fifty plate in his wallet" that he identified as the drug ice. Suarez was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third degree felony.
