All Hazards Alert Warning System siren testing today at Civil Defense

The All Hazards Alert Warning System will be tested today at 11:30 a.m at the Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense. 

 Residents, visitors and motorists surrounding the Agana Heights siren can expect to hear pre-scripted voice messaging announcing the start and end of the test, and the “Alert” tone.

Today’s test of the siren is separate from the pre-scheduled monthly test of all 17 sirens. Future tests of the \sirens will continue to be conducted on a monthly basis and will typically fall on the first Tuesday of each month.
