Unsealed indictment shows Jacob Quitugua was paid for mailing meth
An indictment was unsealed in the District Court of Guam for Jacob James Quitigua.
He was indicted in February in connection to a case involving 868 grams of meth being sent through the mail in November 2017 and addressed to a home in Mangilao.
According to our files he wasn’t the only one indicted in connection to that case, so was Jose Tenorio Quitugua. Jacob signed a plea agreement in March of this year.
According to court documents he not only agreed to cooperate with the feds, but also told investigators the package belonged to an individual identified as L.H. Jacob said he was to be paid $5,000 per parcel, but was only paid for the first two packages.
