Guam back in COR4 as Hagibis moves away
At 10 o’clock this morning Governor Lou Leon Guerrero restored Guam back in Condition of Readiness Four (COR 4). According to the National Weather Service Super Typhoon Hagibis is moving away from the Marianas. COR 4 means that damaging winds are no longer expected. It also means that govguam will resume normal operations. An announcement about schools will be made this afternoon.
