Currently Guam is Condition of Readiness 3. That was declared by the Governor today at 1 this afternoon.

This means that damaging winds of 39-57 miles per hour are expected within the next 48 hours.

Aside from COR3, the National Weather Service issued a Tropical Storm Warning for Guam.
According to the latest track Super Typhoon Hagibis is expected to make its closest point of approach to Guam late tonight of early Tuesday morning.

Island residents should have already began making preparations such as preparing your disaster preparedness kits, stocking up on water gassing your cars, cleaning your property for debris, getting flashlights, etc.

The closest point of approach, for now, is scheduled for sometime late tonight or early Tuesday morning. Guam is still in COR3 and under a tropical storm warning.
