Route 4 road closure, power outage in Talofofo

Residents are advised to seek an alternate route along Route 4 in Talofofo.

Guam Power Authority announced an emergency power outage in the area of First Beach towards the surf side lookout in the village while hardware on power lines are replaced. 

The road is now closed off until 4 p.m. today. Line crews, however, are working throughout the day to minimize outage and road closure time, according to GPA.
