Former Guam Police department officer and drug defendant, Jason Ortiola is expected to enter a change of plea agreement.

Ortiola was charged with conspiracy to possess a schedule two controlled substance. As we've reported, he was arrested in 2018 with co-defendants Jose Sibal Santos Jr, and Roger Balichae after a drug raid by the Mandana Drug Task force at Summer Ocean View Towers.

Officers seized packages containing meth residue, 4.7 grams of marijuana and $4,000 in cash.

Prior to that arrest, Ortiola, was fired from the force and sentenced in federal court for selling the drug "ICE" while in uniform with his duty weapon.

Today Judge Sukola scheduled a change of plea for Sept. 26.
