KUAM has learned the executive director of the legislature and longtime Democratic Party strategist Carlo Branch is heading to Adelup.

In a release, Committee on Rules chair Sen. Regine Biscoe Lee said, "during his tenure as Executive Director, we've focused on adopting a standardized method of evaluating employees, employee training, and streamlined operations within the Guam Congress Building."

Branch's last day as executive director will be this Friday.

When asked to confirm if Branch was making the move to the governor's office, Adelup spokeswoman Krystal Paco said the administration has "no announcements to make relative to personnel."
