One defendant has entered a plea and the other four were back in court Wednesday.

Jeric Aradanas, Miguelito Bataclan, Ramil Gonzalez, Ronald Bayon, and Madonna Maguelfor were all arrested last month after a drug raid in Dededo.

Aradanas signed a change of plea agreement that sentences him to two years of probation, while Bayon and Gonzalez are in negotiations.

As for Bataclan, he remains a patient at the Guam Memorial Hospital and his attorney Nicole Cruz filed a motion for dismissal.
And Maguelfor's attorney filed a motion to suppress evidence resulting from an illegal search.

The Aug. 28 jury selection has been vacated and Judge Anita Sukola scheduled a return for Aug. 26.
