A fourth person has come forward alleging he was sexually molested by Father Adrian Cristobal.

The latest was filed by an individual identified as D.D.D. to protect his privacy. The victim is currently 33-years-old but the alleged sexual abuse occurred when he was around 12 to 14 years of age

According to court documents when D.D.D. was attending CCD classes on Saturdays, volunteering on weekends both as a helper at CCD classes and during masses at San Vicente Ferrer/ San Roke Catholic Church in Barrigada Father Adrian would sexually abuse him. Father Adrian allegedly bribed the victim to keep quiet by paying him $20 from money that was collected during mass. The alleged abuse occurred over a two year period. D.D.D. is seeking a trial by jury and up to $5 million in damages.

In June of last year Archbishop Michael Byrnes issued sanctions against Father Adrian because he did not follow orders to return to Guam after the first three clergy sexual abuse complaints were filed against him. According to news files, Father Adrian was forbidden from acting as a priest in public. He was prohibited from wearing a clerical garb, not allowed to celebrate mass, and prohibited from hearing confession. Father Adrian is the former Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Agana.
