Mark Quintanilla was arrested on June 17 after he allegedly stole a pair of new shoes and ran out of a Tamuning store.

According to court documents, security officers chased Quintanilla outside of GPO in Tamuning where he jumped into a white vehicle.

Police responding to the call noticed the car where the passenger was sweating profusely, throwing items into the back of the vehicle. It was Quintanilla in the passenger's side wearing the shoes he allegedly stole.
Police also spotted more than $500 worth of merchandise from another store with the tags still on inside the car.

The driver of the vehicle said he didn't know the suspect, court documents state. He said the suspect jumped into his car and had his hand in his waistband inferring he had a weapon.

Quintanilla was charged with one count of Third Degree Robbery, one count of Retail Theft as a third degree felony and one count of Retail Theft as a misdemeanor.

He was also placed under arrest for several other cases he was a suspect in spanning over the last year.
