Teen alleges sexual abuse by David James Paco Cruz

 

A 19-year-old woman has come forward alleging she was sexually molested multiple times by David James Paco Cruz.

The abuse started when she was 12. Cruz is now 38 years old.

According to court documents, Cruz first allegedly sexually abused the victim in a hotel room. She was asleep to find him sexually abusing her.

Court documents add that in every incident he pinned her down and forced himself on her and told her not to tell anyone or she would pay for it.

Cruz was charged with first and third degree criminal sexual conduct.
