Archdiocese will file for bankruptcy tomorrow

It's a big week for the Archdiocese of Agana.

On Wednesday, the Church will file bankruptcy. The action is a result of the close to 200-clergy sexual abuse lawsuits filed to date.

Also this week - on Thursday morning - parties will appear in the District Court of Guam for a status hearing.
As reported, the court extended a stay on the cases until mid-January.
