EXPERIENCE:
This year I celebrate 30 years of corporate leadership experience in law, with management expertise in service industries and manufacturing operations. licensed member of the Washington, D.C. and Guam Bar associations; admitted to all courts of jurisdiction therein to include the United States Supreme Court. Corporate counsel with law firm practice expertise in litigation, contracts,
commercial transactions, real property, insurance, procurement and regulatory compliance - i.e., employment/labor law, communications and homeland defense.

Four year service provider for GovGuam Department of Public Health and Social Services Division of Senior Citizens for Legal Assistance Services.
Contract Legal Counsel, Guam Education Policy Board in its
governance of the Guam Public School System.
