A Guam Army National Guard recruiter accused of having sex with a minor multiple times and posting the alleged acts on Snapchat is released from prison.
Jerry Thomas Guerrero II is charged with Electronic enticement of a child as a first degree felony, four counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct as a second degree felony, and three counts of Possession of child pornography as a second degree felony.
Court documents state the suspect met the 14 year old girl on the social media site last October. She explicitly told the suspect she was "underage." They still agreed to meet up. The alleged sexual acts occurred at least ten times over the last six months at the suspect's home, as well as, inside his pickup truck, and at a football field...It wasn't until April the victim learned of the recordings. Police obtained a search warrant for both the suspect and the victim's phones. Authorities then finding more than dozen videos of the pair allegedly having sex, which the suspect sent to the teen via Snapchat.
Guerrero was released on a $25,000 PR bond. He is set to return to court on July 20th.
