Davion Quinata accused of assaulting minor for not giving him money

A man is under arrest accused of attacking a minor who refused to give him money. Davion Quinata is charged with assault. Police responded to a disturbance in Dededo on Friday. They learned the suspect approached the minor asking him for cash. But when he refused, the suspect allegedly punched him in the face. The victim had a split lip that was covered in blood.
