22-year-old faces family violence, assault, and criminal charges

A 22 year old woman caught on a cell phone video last Summer stopping and hitting cars along route 3 in Dededo is now facing criminal charges. Reykina Jaypot Okaruru is charged with two counts of assault on a police officer, criminal mischief, assault, and reckless conduct, and disorderly conduct. It happened back on July 15th of last year.
