Major part of Leo Palace renovation is for assisted living for island seniors

<p>The Leo Palace Resort in Yona is in the midst of a multimillion dollar renovation. Part of its plan calls for a string of assisted living facilities for senior citizens.&nbsp; These are housing units designed to allow the elderly to &quot;age in place,&quot; to live independently in a safe environment.</p>
