Hong Kong took advantage of a tentative and nervous Guam team, dominating the match winning 29-0 with 5 unanswered tries. Japan's Olympic Sevens team and top seed also proved too strong and skilled for Guam. After allowing 5 tries in the first half, Guam regrouped and held Japan to only two more tries in the second. The final score was 39-0.

Guam took a three-hour break before playing 5th ranked Singapore.

Guam once again let the opposition get a head start. This time Singapore got two early tries to lead 12-0 after 4 minutes.

Guam went into the half time break down only 12-7.

Singapore scored three more tries in the 2nd half tend up winners 27-7.

Our ladies would fall to Sri Lanka in their next match but would bounce back against Uzbekistan.

Guam started the playoff game against Uzbekistan determined to overcome their disappointing showing in pool play and the earlier playoff loss to Sri Lanka.

Guam dominated Uzbekistan from start to finish with strong running to take the 46-0 , the highest score in the tournament.
