DOCOMO Pacific moving into former Ben Franklin building

<p>DOCOMO Pacific is on the move, as Guam's largest telecommunications company signed a lease agreement with the Pangilinan to relocate from their headquarters at the Century Plaza in Tamuning down the road to the building that used to house Ben Franklin.</p>
