Governor Eddie Calvo delivers message to the people of Guam on Chan-Hom. He says even though Chan-Hom may have been downgraded to a tropical storm now, island residents should still continue to prepare. He says the storm is still expected to intensify and could garner typhoon strength and move toward the Marianas.
