Guam - Multiple local and federal agencies are participating in the search for a missing diver at Blue Hole, a popular dive spot off Orote Point. According to U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam's Lee Putnam the missing diver is a woman in her 30's. She was with a group of 5 people who were diving, but only four surfaced. The group was on board the vessel "Ocean Spirits" which according to Putnam is registered under Guam Tropical Dive Station. Participating in the search are the Guam Fire Department, USCG Sector Guam, divers with Navy EOD and the Navy's HSC25. Putnam adds the Navy EOD is also using what's called ROV's or Remotely Operated Vehicles.
